The LEPSIS program is designed to maintain information on all individuals are employed as a law enforcement officer within the State of West Virginia. It is a web based system operated by the staff of the Law Enforcement Professional Standards (LEPS) Unit of the West Virginia Division of Justice and Community Services (DJCS). This operation is on behalf of the LEPS Subcommittee of the Governor’s Committee on Crime Delinquency and Correction (GCCDC).

LEPSIS is a component of the Acadis Readiness Suite designed and operated by Envisage Technologies of Bloomington, IN. It maintains accurate, complete and lifelong employment, training, qualification and certification records for West Virginia law enforcement officers.

To sign in to LEPSIS please enter your email address and password in the appropriate blocks on this page. If you have not been previously issued a password you will need to contact the staff of the LEPS Unit at the contact information listed above.
